For starters we want to wish John a very happy and belated birthday. Hope you had a wonderful day!! Secondly we want to wish Lindsay and Kyle a very happy anniversary. You are an amazing couple and we hope you have a wonderful, happy, healthy and exciting life together!!

So not too much new around here, I got fed up and decided to ignore the 'no driving until 07Aug rule' and got in the car when Jim was at Rotary last week to see if it was okay. No problem. I slammed on the breaks and it was all good. I couldn't drive too far as the foot gets a little tired but it's so good. I can't wait to get the other one done.

We are starting to get more prepared for the wedding. James (the fellow that did our kitchen) installed another arbour under the willow for Jamie & John to stand under for the ceremony. It looks so nice! We are both really pleased.
Unfortunately the weather has been so bad that the gardens just got flattened this weekend. I managed to get out today and start dead heading and hopefully I can get things back looking beautiful again. Certainly is not a good summer, sure hope it smartens up by wedding day!!!

Now here are a couple of pictures that some of you have been asking for regarding the house that we have been looking at. We thought that we were through with it but it might still be a go (might). We both really love the place and it is just such a nice place for the family and grandkids to come to in the future. Lots of land and lots of space. Would be an amazing place for any of you to come and spend a nice relaxing time. There is even a 'carriage house', otherwise known as a self contained suite over the separate garage. It's very nice and the best thing is that if it doesn't work it's no big deal cause we love it here (other than the cul de sac). It would also make Jamie very happy if it didn't work but I think she would be amazed how much she would like the other place.
Oops, gotta go, something just came up. I'll try and post more tomorrow.

Is it just me or does that new house look haunted?
Ten Bucks someone was murdered there.
You can just tell.

Ten bucks if you keep it up someone will be murdered there...

You are such a goof! You will soooooo love it there and Johnny even more so. There's just something about it. It's like this place was for me only worse. I can see all the little grand-kids having a rural blast! Campfires on the beach, collecting eggs, feeding the (don't tell Jim)goats. Kayaking, hiking to Seal Bay...okay, there you go! I freaking love the place! That's probably not a good thing...

I hear the neighbours are a bit dodgy, though.
